IOWA STATE FAIR: YEAR #3!

This year was by far the MOST fun ever. We met up with Brad and Melanie Chambers who drove up from Missouri again. This year, Bradden and I decided to split a treat due to the fact that we have left sick the two previous years from the greasy fair food (ie: deep fried Snickers Bars). We looked at photography, livestock, plants/flowers and just fun other random stuff. Most of all, it was just good to see a familiar face. I get so busy with Hyrum and just day-to-day things at times I forget how wonderful it is to be around people who actually know you and how you work and think and what you like. 

BELOW IS ONE OF THE GIGANTIC PUMPKINS!!! THIS ONE WAS ALMOST 1,000 POUNDS AND WAS NOT EVEN THE BIGGEST ONE!
